Request items from other campuses

SERVICE UPDATE:
Intercampus Delivery service has resumed.

If you'd like to borrow a library item that is held on a different University of Toronto campus, you can request delivery of material to the campus of your choice through the library's delivery service.

Eligibility

Items held at Downsview off-site storage, as well as the Mississauga, Scarborough, and participating St. George campus libraries are eligible for transfer. 

Current University of Toronto students, faculty and staff are able to place requests. Visiting faculty and graduate students with Direct Borrower status are only eligible to request delivery of items held at Downsview off-site storage.

Place a request

Find the item you wish to borrow using LibrarySearch, select Get It, and then select the Request option. Finally, choose your preferred pickup location. 

Pickup locations

Requested items may be picked up at any of the following libraries:

Transfer to St. George campus:

Robarts Library, pickups at 1st floor Information Desk

Transfer to Mississauga campus:

U of T at Mississauga Library, pickups at Information and Loans Desk

Transfer to Scarborough campus:

U of T at Scarborough Library, pickups at Information and Reference Desk

Delivery Time

Items are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email when the item is available for pickup.
