Repairs and Maintenance – Who to Contact

Samuel Property Management Ltd. has been engaged by the University of Toronto to provide property management services to the residential properties in the north-west corner of the University St. George campus.  The following employees of Samuel Property Management Ltd. have been assigned to exclusively work on this account:  Linda Knox-Zytaruk, Property Manager and Wade Young, On-Site Maintenance Worker.

All requests for repairs and maintenance are to be in writing and directed to the Property Manager.  Please allow the Property Manager a reasonable amount of time to assess the request, prioritize and address the problem.  All necessary repairs will be attended to either by staff or by qualified outside contractors engaged by Samuel.  However, due to budget constraints, requests of a discretionary nature may not be attended to but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The Real Estate Department places much reliance on the delivery of property management services provided by Samuel Property Management Ltd. and has every confidence that you will receive adequate service and attention.  If however, your needs are not being met, please feel free to contact us.
