Samuel
Property Management Ltd. has been engaged by the University of Toronto to
provide property management services to the residential properties in the
north-west corner of the University St. George campus. The following employees of Samuel Property
Management Ltd. have been assigned to exclusively work on this account: Linda Knox-Zytaruk, Property Manager and
Wade Young, On-Site Maintenance Worker.
All
requests for repairs and maintenance are to be in writing and directed
to the Property Manager. Please allow
the Property Manager a reasonable amount of time to assess the request,
prioritize and address the problem. All
necessary repairs will be attended to either by staff or by qualified outside
contractors engaged by Samuel. However,
due to budget constraints, requests of a discretionary nature may not be
attended to but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The
Real Estate Department places much reliance on the delivery of property
management services provided by Samuel Property Management Ltd. and has every
confidence that you will receive adequate service and attention. If however, your needs are not being met,
