Consortium Committee Structure

The Consortium is governed by a Board of Directors and Management Committee. Subcommittees, working groups and task forces are formed in order to further the goals of the membership.

Board of Directors

The Board guides the operation of the Consortium and serves as a liaison with the health sciences community which the Consortium supports. It actively promotes the vision of the Consortium and provides strategic leadership by establishing overall directions and policies.

Management Committee

The Management Committee, accountable to and under the direction of the Board, shall act as a steering committee for the general operations of the Consortium. All subcommittees, working groups and task groups are responsible to Management Committee.
