Memberships and Affiliations

• Alice Major has been the Poet Laureate of Edmonton since July 2005. She is also currently on the National Council Advisory Committee of the League of Canadian Poets as a "co-Past President." She has also previously served as the p resident of the Writer's Guild of Alberta, as well as the chair of the Edmonton Arts Council.
