Library Instruction Sessions

Need help with research or RefWorks?  Engineering and Computer Science Library will be offering the following instructional sessions in January:

Advanced Engineering Research

Improve your research skills, review your search strategies, and get up to date on new developments in database searching. Ideal for graduate or upper level undergraduate students undertaking library research for papers or literature reviews for theses.

January 20, 2010 (12:10PM – 1:10 PM)

January 27, 2010 (12:10PM – 1:10 PM)

Both sessions will take place in the Gerstein Science Information Centre, Gerstein training lab, 2nd floor.

RefWorks for Engineers

Refworks is a free online tool you can use to organize your research and easily output formatted bibliographies in approved styles such as IEEE. Learn to import references from engineering databases, organize citations, share your database with colleagues, output a bibliography, and output a footnoted document with reference list.
