Liked the “feel” of the ad. Could be a bit more colourful (sorry, I dislike using shades of gray as a colour). I would like to see U of T’s logo on it (or the informal “beaver” icon as seen on My UToronto). Instead of “feeling like roadkill”, I would have said “feeling lost” or “feeling caught in a fog”. I had a flash–how about the first HELP being in italics or in a font that gets across the notion of being stressed. Then after the “click live help”, the font on the final Help, could be more soothing, perhaps curved, as in a smile.

We were experiencing a problem cobrowsing after the upgrade. This problem seems to have been resolved. You should be able to cobrowse when the user is on a PC with any version of windows and using Internet Explorer. Mac users and users using a browser other than IE will be forced into classic mode.

I vote reduce hours between terms. Reinstate 5-7 during Arts & Science summer term. I’ll volunteer for one shift a week.

Decrease the hrs – I’d really like to continue the extended hrs. but frankly I don’t think we have the staff.
